Thank you for this Sabbath day, a Holy day to pray and strengthen our relationship with You. We come before You in prayer this Sunday to rest in your presence, hear your voice, bathe in your goodness and celebrate your eternal life. Almighty Lord, On this Blessed Sunday we come before you with our hearts full of gratitude. You have seen us through another week and here we are, at the beginning of a new one, and we want to start this week with Your grace and mercy. Gracious Lord, we lift up all those whom we love and care for, and ask you to bless them and meet their needs. We pray to you that you keep our family together, bind our hearts to one another. Today, let us all pray together, eat together and spend precious time together. Help us to love, understand and care for each other more each day. Loving God, on this Sunday, help us to rest our body, our mind and our spirit. Give us your peace, we surrender ourselves to you. We give this special day over to you. Fill us with your Holy spirit, energize us for your work. This day is yours, my body is yours, my mind is yours, my spirit is yours, Abba Father. I declare your sovereignty, your authority, and your supreme power over every area of my life. I entrust myself to you and ask that you use me however you see fit. May you be pleased with me today. In the Bible, Isaiah 56, verse 1 and 2 says, 'Maintain justice, and do what is right, for my salvation is close at hand, and my righteousness will soon be revealed. Blessed is the one, who does this, the person who holds it fast, who keeps the Sabbath without desecrating it,and keeps their hands from doing evil.' So, Lord Jesus, help us to keep this Sabbath day holy, help our hands to do good and holy things, works which please you. Keep us away from all things wrong and evil and help us to constantly pray to strengthen our relationship with You. I am grateful for your great love. You are my hope and strength. Thank you Lord Jesus, for your blessings on me and my Family. Thank you for your grace and protection. Thank you for being our healer, protector and provider and for every good thing that comes from your generous hands. Let your merciful love be upon us all the time.
